Our Story
Badge Pop began in 2024 and started with a simple idea:
Name badges don't have to be boring.
Many people wear a name badge every day, especially in healthcare, education and customer-facing roles. We wanted to create badges that feel more personal, more approachable and better suited to the people wearing them.
What started as a small Etsy shop quickly grew into a dedicated online store focused on personalised products designed and customised in-house.
Today, we continue to design and personalise every order from our Manchester workspace, ensuring each item receives the care and attention it deserves before it reaches its new owner.

About the Owner
Hi, I’m Tom, the founder of Badge Pop!
I’m a graphic designer and print specialist with over 15 years of experience in the design and print industry. I graduated in 2008 from the University of Salford with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and have worked in the creative industry ever since.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of design, print, and e-commerce projects, helping businesses bring their ideas to life through clear, effective visual communication, as well as creating unique, personalised printed products for customers.
Today, I focus on delivering design work that is both practical and visually strong, with a deep understanding of print production and real-world application.
I believe good design should be simple, purposeful, and built to last beyond trends - a principle that continues to guide everything I do at Badge Pop.
