All prices on our website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Secure Payments

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. BadgePop does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Order Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

Personalised Products

As a lot of our products are personalised to your specifications, production will commence after payment has been received and order details have been submitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, design selections, and other personalisation details are accurate before completing their order. 

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be accepted until successful payment has been received.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details regarding eligibility and timescales.

Fraud Prevention

BadgePop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment use, or other violations of our terms and conditions.
