Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Badge Pop. As many of our products are personalised, our return policy differs slightly between personalised and non-personalised items. Please read the information below carefully.

Personalised Items

Many products sold by Badge Pop are personalised, meaning they are customised specifically for you. This may include items that feature custom names, job titles, initials, photos, or other custom text or design elements.

Because personalised items are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be happy - if a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or full refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include where possible:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name used on the order
  • Photos showing the issue.

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

Returns for Non-Personalised Items

If you purchased an item that is not personalised, you may return it if you change your mind.

Conditions for returns:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind. Badge Pop does not provide return shipping labels for these returns.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Badge Pop will cover any return postage costs where applicable.

No Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees or return handling fees.

Exchanges

Non-personalised items may also be exchanged for another item of the same price.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Return the item within 30 days of receiving the order

Please include a note in the package with your order number or full name and address, and details of the item you would like in exchange.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our returns address, refunds are processed within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Refund Summary

  • Personalised items: not returnable for change of mind
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund available
  • Non-personalised items: returnable within 30 days
  • Refunds processed within 2 working days of receiving the retur
